Now that you have signed up for one of our investment services; we would love to welcome you to the team.

Kindly follow the steps below to ensure your setup is all in order. While all the required steps may seem a bit daunting, we are here to assist and can answer any questions you may have:

Sign up with a Broker

In order for our services to work, we use brokers. The broker handles everything to do with your money such as withdrawals and deposits.

Please Note: You don’t have to download and install any of the broker’s software as we will handle all of this for you.

Fund your Account

Once you have signed up, make sure you add funds to your account. The minimum for the accounts are as follows:

  • The Quantum Shift: 1000 EUR/GBP/USD
  • The Calculus: 1000 EUR/GBP/USD
  • The Syntax: 2000 EUR/GBP/USD

Send us your Account Information

Once you have completed the previous steps and signed up with a broker, you will receive account details for your MT4 Account.

You should receive an automated response from us with a ticket number. If not, kindly resend this information to us.

Sign the documents from signable.co.uk

You will receive an email with documents you will be required to sign. Once signed, we will connect your account.

Confirmation of Account Connection

You will receive an email from us confirming that your account is connected. Most accounts can be set up the same day we receive them. Any delay often indicates that a few of the previouss steps haven’t been completed.

Connect your Account to your Mobile

You should now be all setup and ready to trade.

Follow this link for assistance to connect your account to your mobile device, which will allow you to monitor the progress of the account.

Trades will usually start to appear on your account within a few days depending on the market conditions. Keep in mind that trading is dependent on market conditions and therefore we don’t necessarily trade every day.
